Recentely we have replaced our Collectables Unlimited Certificate of Authenticy (COA) in a Letter of Authenticity (LOA). So from that date there is a clear and better connection and causal link between the Letter of Authenticity (LOA) and the object because both now show the same LOA number as an extra proof that LOA and object belong together. Every LOA contains our unique golden hologram sticker and the object receives an unique hologram serial number sticker, identical to the serial number as mentioned on the LOA.  However some objects do not have the possibility to attach a hologram sticker with serial number, like a tennis ball for example. In this case your invoice from the auction house prooves the connection between LOA and object. We have an internal database where we register your LOA number. This database is currently not public. If we find enough time, our goal is to make it public in the future. Until that everybody can check if a LOA number is registered in our database. Just contact us, provide us the concerning information, pay Euro 20 administration costs (only Paypal accepted) and we will check if a certain number is registered in our database. This is not an automatic process so we need to do every check manual. After our check, we will only confirm if your registration number is registered in our database and also if this number is actually provided by us. No more extra information can and will be given due to several privacy reasons.  We do not provide extra copies of a LOA. It's an unique document and we only provide it ones. Due to a lack of time we do not certify your own objects/items other than for our fixed clients who use this service already for many years.
